刘斌(1966 - )，湖南新化人，教授，博士，博士生导师，湖南省政府特殊津贴专家，be365体育平台的官方网址“渌江学者”，省重点学科电气工程学科方向带头人。 1990年毕业于华东师范大学数学系，获硕士学位。2003年毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程系，获博士学位。主要从事混合动力系统的稳定性、网络化系统控制等研究，在国内外学术期刊上公开发表论文110多篇，被SCI检索66篇；主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，主持省自然科学基金重点与面上项目各1项，合作主持澳大利亚国家研究基金ARC项目1项，合作主持香港研究基金2项。获湖南省自然科学奖二等奖1项（排名第一）。
